On April 8, 2022 at Barangay San Miguel Quezon, Nueva Ecija; It was officially introduced by Under Secretary Arnel De Mesa and supported by a video endorsement from Secretary William Dar of the Department of Agriculture.

The Department of Agriculture unveiled their full support and endorsement to implement a fertilization program which includes nano-fertilizers as a means to increase crop yields, and lowering the dependency on inorganic fertilizers, and ultimately improving the net income returns to the farmers. In the presence of (5) Regional Directors, Major distributors from Luzon,Visayas and Mindanao. Municipal Agriculturists from across Luzon, with more than 150 farmers already engaged in a balanced fertilization program using the BioPrime 5-5-5 nano-fertilizer.
